The featured image is only a portion of this painting which has a resin coating.

The painting was created using different pinks including alizarin crimson and rose pink, together with plenty of white.

Some water was added once the colours were mixed so that there is a kind of river effect in the middle.

It was given a complete covering of resin after it had dried to give a glassy effect.
